Crafted by Darren Free and Mike Munro, this MOC blends intricate design with imaginative storytelling and next-level custom electronics, capturing the essence of a thrilling ride.

The Concept

Hell FigR isn’t just a LEGO build; it’s a ride through creativity and engineering. Inspired by the spooky ghost train rides popular at most fairs, it brings a touch of dark fantasy to life with its striking details and vibrant lighting package.

Design and Construction

The construction process involved meticulous planning and a keen eye for detail. Using a combination of advanced LEGO techniques and custom-built electronics, we ensured that each aspect of the Hell FigR was both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. Key highlights include:

• Detailed Minifigures: Custom minifigures that add character and narrative to the build.
• Lighting Package: Integration of ARGB lights, adding dynamic and spooky effects.
• Mechanical Features: 5 LEGO motors (2 train drive and 3 effects) controlled by Arduino and custom PCB.
• Baseboard Crafting: Routed and finished with a sleek carbon fibre wrap, enhancing the overall presentation and making transport easier.
